L’Oreal Diversity Training

 

PURPOSE:

Designing and facilitating numerous experiential training programs on diversity, aiming at raising awareness and promoting a more inclusive workplace for people with disabilities.

PEOPLE:

All members of the Management Committee in L’Oreal China.

OUTCOME:

Promote awareness about diversity for the business and understand the global strategy of L’Oreal for a more inclusive workplace.
