More than a Market Initiative

 

PURPOSE:

Bring together the leadership of the German industry in China to shape and co-design a joint initiative to catalyze social engagement.

PEOPLE:

German companies and Chinese society organisations

OUTCOME:

What started as a dialogue with ca 20 companies, built into a partnership with key stakeholders between China and Germany, gathered a group of 30 leaders in 2015 for the kick off, and is now a full blown initiative where 40 companies participated in the first award and over 200 people joined the forum and gala in May 2016. More impact to come!

CONSTELLATIONS’ ROLE:

Mapping, strategy, concept development, co- design and facilitation of the multi-stakeholder dialogue.
