Walking Inspiration for PORSCHE Leadership

SHANGHAI FLANEUR designed a program called SENSING SHANGHAI for the company Porsche for its leadership training in China. The aim of this urban investigation was to explore some areas of the beaten track, experience typical Shanghai lifestyles and understand recent urban transformations.

By stretching all the senses, participants could gather insights not only from the architect expert Fanny Hoffmann-Loss and journalist expert Katya Knyazeva, but also through a reflection process facilitated by Magali Menant and Cecile Mazourine. The various inspirations were recollected at the end of the day to identify what learning could be brought back to the organization and the business.
